Head of CRM for a Global Med-Tech Company

Job description

For a Berlin-based client of ours in the Med-Tech sector, we are looking for a Head of CRM for a role with an immediate start. You would be responsible for the decision making and onboarding and implementation of new technologies in their newly restructured marketing and communications team.



  • You will be responsible for the execution of the CRM strategy and roadmap (including onboarding, targeting, retention etc) 
  • You will manage of KPIs and OKRs and goal-setting for the CRM team
  • You will developmarketing strategies and customer lifecycles to improve customer engagement
  • You will be working in a cross-functional team and communicating within the company all all levels
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance of performance optimization for all campaigns and processes
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of a campaign management and QA framework
  • You will build processes and implement best practices for the team to learn from experiments
  • You will be responsible for marketing systems and automation tools for the development of promotional and financial content strategies


  • 7+ years experience working within CRM 
  • 2+ years experience in a management position
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar RDBMS
  • Combination of analytic/segmentation/forecasting skills, and also communication/messaging skills
  • In depth knowledge of email and compliance related best practices
  • Fluent in English (essential) and German speaking (nice to have)
  • Experience building customer journeys and developing strategies based on journey insights
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies 
  • Good knowledge of Marketing Automation Technology Platforms
  • Proven success in customer lifecycle management and customer retention strategies
