For a client with a well-established presence in the French IT services market, we are looking for an experienced Sales/BD consultant to move into the role of Country Manager for the Benelux region! This candidate will be responsible for building the brand presence in the Benelux market, and will have the opportunity to join this client at a pivotal time in their growth.
You have a minimum of 10 years experience in the management or direction of the development of a franchise network in the Benelux, or the marketing of a brand on a national or international territory.
Required Skills and Job Description:
P&L: the Country Manager will be responsible for achieving the annual objectives outlined during the interview process.
The creation and management of a team of developers, facilitators and network support services
Adapting the clients existing business model to the Benelux environment.
Building a good relationship with the different departments of the Group (Marketing/Training / Franchises...).
Respect for the group's values and the transmission of the company's culture
Monitoring and correct application of know-how in the field in terms of both quality and quantity.
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is nice to have.
